For example, if you are an athlete and want to perform at it’s the best level. The fact that you want that is admirable but performing a task is a mix of knowledge, will and free flow. As you want something so much, sometimes your will is so strict that it doesn’t let you free flow. What also can happen is that there might be underlying issues that sabotage you from doing your best.
